We will integrate the AutoNavi Map + Positioning SDK to realize
the function of finding the last location of the vehicle and cycling
navigation. The main body of the SDK is: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd.; the
personal information collected includes: location information (latitude and
longitude, precise location, rough location). To learn more about the
companies, organizations and individuals currently involved in this scenario,
please refer to https://lbs.amap.com/pages/privacy/ We may share your personal
information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, or in
accordance with the mandatory requirements of government authorities. b)

and us shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails,
either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with
jurisdiction where Shenzhen Xidesheng Bicycle Co., Ltd. is located for
litigation settlement.
